Library of Congress Progressive Story Telling Project

Do you know about progressive story telling? Maybe you've played a game like this in school. It's where one person starts telling a story and then the next person has to continue telling the story using the ideas that the first story teller came up with. Then another person adds to the story. And so on . . . until someone finishes the story.
The Library of Congress has launched "The Exquisite Corpse Adventure" on read.gov. Every two weeks, a new episode will be added to the story. And fantastic authors have agreed to participate! The first episode is available now, written by Jon Scieszka. The second installment will be available on October 9 and is written by Katherine Paterson.
Check it out and follow the story for the next year until the exciting conclusion!
